The couple Phillip and Tao started a nail bar in Winnipeg, in December 2019. The business grew and it was time for a new brand that would represent its new phase.
I had the pleasure of leading this project from early mood boards to the final live website and brand assets.
Working with the talented duo Chloe Kandilakis and Diego Mena, we developed a modern visual identity that is also rooted in the strong Vietnamese heritage of the founder, Tao.
The lotus flower, Vietnam's national flower and symbol, is the main focal point of the logo.
The identity was later translated to a very clean and easy-to-navigate WordPress website, that was built utilizing the existing structure of their website and optimized by me and fellow designer Michaela Rae.
